Except for disputes related to intellectual property rights (such as copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets), any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the use of Mahadao’s services, including issues regarding their interpretation, violation, or termination, shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (JAMS) in accordance with its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis, and class actions or collective claims are not permitted.
